Anne Démians Architecte

After completing her studies at Versailles School of Architecture, Anne Démians opened her first agency in 1995, followed eight years later by AAD Architectures Anne Démians. With ​‘availability as attitude, diversity as objective’ as her motto, she casts an appraising eye on each of her works to ensure they form a coherent whole. The agency has won several competitions since 2004, including office developments, a freight station at Orly, the central schools’ kitchens in Paris’ 20th arrondissement, several housing projects, the law courts in Douai and the rebuilding of the hotel and tourism high school at Guyancourt.

The Galerie d’architecture has decided to showcase her work at a critical time in her soaring career, focusing on four projects that illustrate particularly well the world of Anne Démians : the central schools’ kitchens in Paris’ 20th arrondissement ; the Île de Corse deve- lopment in Nancy ; a project consisting of 354 apartments, business premises, a crèche and a parking lot at Auteuil station in Paris ; and Société Générale’s Campus at Val-de-Fontenay.
