A retrospective of the firm S333 Architecture + Urbanism.

The exhibition takes place at a time when the urban environment has become the principal living space for humanity on our planet. A range of general yet strategic questions about today’s city are addressed through eleven projects that attempt to answer them in a unique and innovative way. In doing so, the exhibition evokes the challenges of contemporary urban design and presents a firm structure adapted to these 21st-century challenges.

New Urban Ecologies : the urban design of architecture.

The majority of human beings on earth are going to live in cities. This fact, whether seen as a simple statistic or through terrifying images of sprawling megacities spreading uncontrollably and causing ecological disaster, will have an impact on the work of architects. New forms of collective living are emerging around the world, forcing us to rethink the design of our buildings within a city that seems to be expanding infinitely.
